Then we evaluate your tracking to see if you are able to measure your sales performance. If you can, we analyse your data. If you can’t track performance, we’ll set up your tracking for you. Once you can see what’s going on, we’ll evaluate your sales process and highlight gaps and opportunities.
We’ll deliver a comprehensive report and recommend a remedial course of action. We’ll sit down with you and explain everything in the report and help you prioritise your response
