Hi I’m John Watson with Accrue Marketing.
The Grow Stage is easily the sexiest and most fun stage of the three. It’s where all your work meets your clients. It’s where your promotional activities occur. It’s also where you make sales and develop the relationships that drive earnings growth.
The Growth Stage comes last in our process. Just like a roof needs to sit on walls and a foundation.
There are five areas of focus.
The first area is Being Accessible – which means making sure people can find you when they go looking.
The second area of focus is about Being Connected. It is about developing your influencer community.
The third area of focus is about Being Referable and generating endorsements. This includes client reviews.
The fourth area is about Being Present. This is about communicating with clients. The intention is to drive repeat sales and earn loyalty.
The last area of focus is about Being Conspicuous. It’s where you use advertising to get people’s attention and acquire new customers.
Not every business needs all five areas of focus. The Growth Stage is about rolling out a plan that makes sense for your business.
